We use a six-step process to minimize disruption, maximize quality, and ensure complete satisfaction with your new ceilings.
1. Free No-Obligation Estimate
We begin with a home visit to answer your questions and assess your needs. From there, we'll create transparent estimate with no hidden fees. Different options can be priced, like if you wanted work done on a room or your entire home.
2. Complete Protection and Preparation
Your home's cleanliness is our priority. We'll schedule a time to cover all furniture, floors, and walls in the work area with protective material to prevent dust and debris.
3. Scraping and New Ceiling Installation
Our skilled technicians remove the popcorn texture, apply a primer to guarantee solid adhesion, then add two coats of new ceiling.
4. Flat Ceilings or New Texture?
For most customers, the ceiling is then sanded to a perfect smoothness for a classic “flat” ceiling. Alternatively, a new, modern texture (a “knockdown” ceiling, for example) can be created.
5. Premium Priming and Painting
We apply a high-quality primer and premium paint for a striking, long-lasting finish.
6. Final Inspection and Clean-up
After everything is finished, we conduct a detailed final inspection to guarantee your satisfaction. Then, we clean up and leave your space ready for you and your guests to enjoy.
